- Open Settings and Connections to review carrier cards such as Royal Mail and DPD.
- Ask your administrator to confirm account, service, label and notification acceptance for the carrier you use.

Before you rely on it
Live carrier API booking and manifests are unavailable in the current production website. Do not treat a visible card as an active booking connection.
