Steps
- Open the order preview's file delivery details in Imports.
- Check Exact companion relative name.
- Choose Companion artwork, then Store companion.
- Complete companion manifest and preview again.
What to expect
The file is linked to the order preview after you preview it again.
Before you rely on it
Artwork may be up to 25 MB. A matching filename alone does not prove the correct file was supplied.
