A Production+ user or administrator.
Steps
- Open the job's route information and the Control centre to see the recorded state.
- Ask your administrator whether the printer connection has been set up and tested before planning live work.

You know why the route is waiting.
Before you rely on it
Sending a job directly to a printer is not ready to use. The PrintFactory connection is also not ready to check printers yet. Cloud nesting groups artwork on a sheet or roll to save material, but it needs further testing before live use. A cleared queue does not mean a print has been made.
