Staff with access to the relevant areas.

Steps

1. In Quote+, prepare and save the quote, then record customer acceptance.
2. Create the order as a separate action.
3. In Production+, review the job in Needs preparation before work starts.
4. When the work is complete, use Dispatch+ to check, pack and hand it over.

What to expect

Each stage has its own record.

Before you rely on it

Creating an order does not start a printer or book a carrier. Different staff may handle each stage.
