Steps
- Open Shipment control queue or Dispatch archive.
- Open the shipment to review tracking and recorded checks.
- When a label is ready and a parcel has actually been handed over, choose Confirm handover.

Entering a tracking number by hand is different from booking a label with a carrier. Choose Confirm handover only after the parcel has actually been handed over.
