Raise and reply to a support ticket

Ask PerfectHub support for help from your account.

Who can do this

An active PerfectHub account user. Your subscription modules do not limit support access; an expired subscription can still use support.

Steps

  1. Open the support site and choose Sign in with your existing PerfectHub email and password.
  2. Choose New ticket. Select a Topic and enter a Subject.
  3. Describe the problem in What happened? Include what you expected and what you saw. Add Impact (optional) if it helps explain the urgency.
  4. Add files if needed: PNG/JPEG, PDF or plain text, up to five files and 10 MiB per file. Leave out passwords and other sensitive information.
  5. Choose Send ticket. Open My tickets to see the conversation and its unread replies.
  6. Read the reply and choose Mark displayed replies as read. To respond, add your message and optional files, then choose Send reply. Replies are shown in the portal.
  7. Choose Resolve ticket when you are finished. If the problem returns, open the conversation and choose Reopen ticket.

What to expect

Your ticket has a reference and its replies appear in order in My tickets. Use Mark displayed replies as read after reading the latest replies. Opening the conversation alone does not clear its unread marker. Workspace owners can also see customer-visible tickets raised by their workspace users.

Before you rely on it

The support site may ask you to sign in separately. First-version replies are shown in the portal; automated email alerts and reply-by-email are unavailable. A ticket does not change a job or printer.
