Hotfolder, SFTP and S3 availability

Know why an import source is paused.

This connection or service is not available for live use yet. The guide explains what to check before it is commissioned.

Who can do this

An administrator.

Steps

  1. Open Settings, Production+, Import sources and review Transport and Pause source.
  2. Ask your administrator which tested route is approved for this source.

What to expect

You can see the selected route and pause state.

Before you rely on it

A hotfolder needs a tested Connector on your computer. SFTP and S3 collect files from another location and need further setup and testing. Automatic collection from these sources is not ready to use yet. Leave a source paused until your administrator confirms it is ready.
