Who can do this
A staff member with Quote+ access.
Steps
- Open Customers & quotes and select a customer.
- Choose New quote.
- Use Add a product to quote or Add bespoke item, then enter the requested details.
- Choose Save draft quote. Use Customer preview to inspect it.
What to expect
The saved draft appears under the customer.
Before you rely on it
A preview is not a saved revision. This does not issue an invoice or start production.
