Steps
- Open the Account area and Statement and ageing.
- Choose Download statement PDF for a customer statement.
- For an export, review the quick-entry candidate before choosing Download reviewed quick-entry CSV.

Before you rely on it
A CSV does not post to Sage or Xero. Check dates, rates and opening balances before using it in your accounting package.
