Subscription invoices and customer invoices

Who can do this

The owner for subscription details; a finance-authorised user for customer invoices.

Steps

1. For PerfectHub subscription details, open Settings and Licence and billing.
2. For an invoice to your customer, open the relevant order and Manage invoices and credits.
3. Check seller, numbering and tax setup before issuing a customer invoice.

What to expect

You are working in the correct area for the invoice.

Before you rely on it

Saving a billing recipient does not issue a customer invoice. Automated subscription charging is not available in this release.
